We also collect technical data such as device type and pages visited to keep the service reliable and secure.
Your information is used to confirm bookings, share tickets, communicate schedule changes, and support charter requests between you and operators.
We do not sell your personal data. Operators receive only what they need to operate the crossing or quote you requested.
Booking records are kept for as long as required by law and operator settlement. Access to production systems is restricted and audited.
You can update profile details in your account, request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account by contacting [email protected].
